Our approach
Forward-deployed engineering, not a specification handed over.
We place senior engineers inside your environment — your systems, your tools, your working rhythm — and keep them there until the solution is live, measured and adopted.
What this changes in practice
Requirements are discovered, not received
Our engineer sits with the people doing the work and sees the process as it actually runs — including the spreadsheets and workarounds nobody documents. Scope is built from observation.
The person who scopes it builds it
No handover from a sales engineer to a delivery team that inherits assumptions it did not make. The estimate and the execution belong to the same person.
Decisions happen in hours, not sprints
Being in the room removes most of the clarification latency that inflates fixed-price work. This is a large part of why our pricing stays competitive.
Knowledge transfer is continuous
Your own engineers work alongside ours throughout, so capability accumulates on your side rather than leaving with the invoice.
Who our engineers are
Senior specialists selected for the brief, with a working day that overlaps yours almost completely.
Our practitioners are seasoned engineers who have built and operated production systems for international enterprises — not generalists learning on a client's budget. Every engagement is staffed with ERP consultants, AI and agentic engineers, and cloud and security practitioners, drawn in for the phases that need them.
Because we do not carry a large permanent bench in a high-cost market, we can put genuinely senior people on the work at a price that would otherwise buy mid-level capacity — with no overnight handoff and no waiting a day for an answer.
| Mode | When we use it | Typical shape |
|---|---|---|
| Onsite | Discovery and process observation, stakeholder workshops, integration against systems that cannot be reached remotely, go-live and user training | The engagement lead is present in your offices for the phases where being in the room is what makes the difference |
| Remote | Build increments, code review, testing, and specialist work drawn in for specific phases | Full overlap with your business hours, in your tools and your standups — not a separate team working to its own rhythm |
| Blended | The default for most engagements | Onsite for the phases that need it, remote for the rest, with the ratio agreed in writing before work begins |
The onsite/remote split is a scoping decision, not a cost-cutting one made after the fact. It is agreed during discovery and stated in the proposal.
How we engage
Four stages, each with a gate that must be passed before the next begins.
Discovery
Process observation, system mapping and a measured baseline.
Gate — A written scope and a price both sides can defend.
Design
Solution architecture, integration plan, governance and evaluation criteria.
Gate — Security and data posture signed off before build.
Build & adopt
Increments delivered into your environment, with your engineers alongside ours.
Gate — Measured adoption, not just deployment.
Operate
Structured maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement — chosen, never imposed.
Gate — A team that already knows the system.
Commercial model
Predictable where predictability is honest, transparent where it is not.
ERP, web, integration & automation
Fixed price
Scope can be defined honestly up front, so the risk belongs with us rather than with you.
Agentic AI
Fixed-price increments after paid discovery
Iteration count cannot be estimated before the problem is understood. Discovery is chargeable but small.
Managed support
Tiered monthly fee with capped improvement hours
A bounded promise we can keep, rather than unlimited work we cannot.
Security & compliance
The questions a serious Qatari buyer asks first.
Data residency
Where your data lives, and which processing can and cannot leave the country, agreed in writing before build.
Identity & access
Integration with your corporate identity provider, least-privilege access and full audit trails.
Model governance
Evaluation criteria, observability and human escalation paths designed in, not retrofitted.
Bilingual by default
Arabic and English interfaces and content handling, evaluated against your own material.
Next step
The first scope is small, fast and priced before we start.
Whether you are a fifty-person business or a national enterprise, we begin with a discovery call, then a scoping workshop, then a first engagement with a fixed price.
